Jeanne Labbe:

“Mr. Rouleau, TIMC is excited about Canada amending sanctions on Iran. This means that we will be returning to Tehran to meet with our distinguished clientele.  How do you feel with the idea of returning to Tehran?”

Simon Rouleau:

“I am obviously very excited to return to Tehran, a city which is dear to my heart. I’ve missed good kebabs and Fesenjan! But most importantly, I’ve missed the proximity to our clients in Iran. I only have good memories of my trips back in 2010-2011. I am looking forward to reconnecting with them soon and to witness how the city and their lives have evolved.”

Jeanne Labbe:

“How do you foresee TIMC’s return to Iran?”

Simon Rouleau:

“There is a vibrant Iranian community in Canada. These Iranians have chosen Canada for various reasons, quality of life being one of the first. We have helped hundreds of Iranian families benefit from the Immigrant Investor Program. I have a strong conviction that many other Iranian families will benefit from Canada’s advantages and there will be a big demand for Canadian residency in the next few months coming from Iran.

This being said, in today's global uncertainty, we at TIMC believe that preserving our children's future and peace of mind can be obtained by geographically diversifying the family's assets and citizenships across the globe.

This is why I am excited to share TIMC’s new vision with our clients as I believe many of them will also want to look for Canadian investments and also explore obtaining second citizenship from other countries that would allow them to quickly obtain a passport to travel, in just a few months.”

Jeanne Labbe:

“Tell us a bit more about these Canadian land investments?”

Simon Rouleau:

“As part of TIMC’s holistic approach to family and asset preservation, we are excited about our partnership with Walton Group, a Canadian land-development company. Connection to the land has always been one of the factors inspiring investors to turn to strong and long-term values.  Opportunities for the geographical diversification of portfolios are attracting more and wealthy investors looking for real and tangible value.”

Jeanne Labbe:

“And what about this second citizenship program you are referring to?”

Simon Rouleau:

“For over 27 years, TIMC has specialized in Canada’s Immigrant Investor Program, and in the past few years, our clients have been seeking additional citizenship solutions. The Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program offers our clients and their family visa-free travel to over 130 countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom, in a fast and simple process.  No residency requirements. No tax on worldwide income.

I think that our clients in Iran will certainly be interested in learning more about our new offerings.

I am definitely looking forward to returning to Tehran, as I remember the warm hospitality I received when I was travelling there regularly.  A precious souvenir I have is looking at all the family pictures and wedding pictures that my clients loved to share with me; it will now be my turn to share pictures of the newest addition to my family…”
