Who we are looking for
You are passionate about delivering superior customer service, not only to your clients but also to your colleagues? You know how to make everyone feel like a VIP? You have experience servicing a High Net Worth clientele, having worked in the luxury industry before? You are knowledgeable about the city of Montreal and are the first to know what is happening! You have experience servicing, helping, driving, and are passionate about hospitality? We want to meet you!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet & welcome visitors upon their arrival in our Montreal office
- Seat visitors and offer them beverage service
- Suggest Montreal activities, make reservations for hotels, restaurants, airline tickets, events, etc.
- Drive clients and employees to airport and various meetings around the city;
- Maintain corporate vehicle;
- Manage corporate season tickets (hockey, soccer, etc.);
- Assist in organizing team building activities and corporate events;
- Shop and run errands for the office and President (Costco, grocery store, ethnic food stores, etc.);
- Prepare daily snacks & tea service for employees ;
- Make sure front office is in order and clutter-free at all times ;
- Make sure meeting room supplies are refurnished on a daily basis;
- Maintain inventory and place orders for office supplies;
- Replenish office printers and photocopiers with ink and paper;
- Daily start, fill, and empty dishwasher and hand-wash delicate dishes;
- Contact-person for building administration;
- Contact-person for the office security system and magnetic cards;
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service in luxury industry or hospitality industry;
- Valid Quebec Driver’s license with good history;
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
- Member of Les Clefs d’Or an asset;
- Etiquette training and experience;
- Experience in serving in a restaurant setting;
- Polished, groomed, refined appearance
- Must be available evenings and weekends on occasion
