FINANCIAL SERVICES PLANNER (Exempt Market)
Mission:
Utilize the acquired in-depth knowledge of financial products* to support the private client relations advisors (PCRA) and senior planners in their after sales process.

Become the financial product champion in company’s eyes to ensure successful customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Successful Customer Journey
- Enforce guidelines and procedures applicable to a specific product to ensure a successful journey for TIMC’s customers.
- Ensure clients receive clear requests and call to actions from advisors or senior planners in order to keep them on track.
- Support and assist Advisors deliver superior advisory services to clients.
- Solicit the full attention and commitment of PCRG and financial products' partners to complete transactions.
- Matching Solutions
- Upon completion of KYC form by the PCRG Advisors, validate product suitability for customers.
- Report suitability to senior planner and CCO for approval.
- Establish a plan that drives business for cross-selling opportunities.
- Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Review various client documents, compare with the list of required documents and then communicate feedback and findings to Senior Planners, CCO and advisors.
- Update client database to ensure it reflects current & accurate information at all time. Make sure to keep reminders for advisors with deadlines.
- Prepare some correspondence destined to clients / partners / agents;
- When necessary, prepare and send couriers
- Make necessary scans and copies and save them in clients’ file (physical or digital). Make sure they are properly labelled.
- Produce trade confirmations and quarterly client account statements for EMD Market products
- Provide clients with their Trade confirmations and quarterly client account statements in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Diploma in Administration (or equivalent)
- 2 years of work experience in the financial sector
- Strong analytical skills
- CAIA, CFA certification would be an asset
- Intermediate accounting understanding (Capacity to understand FS)
- Strong written Communication skills in English and French
- Good spoken Communications skills in English and French
- Extremely well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Attention to details
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
- Great command of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
