The Cyprus Investment Program offers a real estate investment option.
Real Estate Investment:
Investors have the option to buy a single residential property with a value of at least €2,000,000 or several residential properties with a total value of at least €2,000,000. Their investment must be maintained for three years. Thereafter, the investor must retain a property for life, with a value of at least €500,000.
OTHER FEES:
Additional fees directly linked to the acquisition of real estate include VAT (between 5 - 19%), stamp duties and land registry fees, as well as possible bank guarantee fees.

IMPORTANT
On October 13, 2020, the Cypriot Government has announced that the current Cyprus Investment Program will end as of November 1st, 2020.
It does not however affect the processing of any applications that were already submitted. These applications will continue to be processed normally by the Cypriot authorities.
